This model builds on the features of the earlier T90 by incorporating a modular 1.25″ eyepiece fitting. This update allows compatibility with a wide range of astronomy-grade eyepieces, providing increased flexibility in different observation scenarios.
The optical system includes fully multi-coated lenses and BAK4 prisms, ensuring maximum light transmission and consistent clarity across the full magnification range. The result is a colour-accurate image that retains definition at high zoom levels, which is essential when observing small or distant subjects in variable light conditions.
The scope is nitrogen-filled and sealed against moisture, providing fog-resistant performance in humid or rapidly changing environments. The angled eyepiece design improves usability during extended fieldwork, especially when mounted on a tripod. Its 90 mm front element supports light gathering in low-light conditions, making it appropriate for terrestrial use and basic astronomical viewing.
The T900 HR is compatible with any standard tripod system. Optimal performance is achieved when paired with an Olivon tripod due to the integrated direct-fit connection, which improves balance and stability during high-magnification observation.
