Wild Optic offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our business-to-business ("B2B") service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a business customer and not a consumer as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are businesses, trade customers, merchants, vendors, and/or contributors of content. Wild Optic does not sell to individual consumers, and consumer protection laws (including distance selling and cooling-off periods) do not apply to any transaction.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business and that these Terms apply to all transactions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. You can review the most current version at any time on this page. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as an individual consumer. You also confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of your business.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purposes nor may you, in the use of our services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 - BUSINESS SALES & RETURNS POLICY

All sales made on this website are final and exclusively for business purposes. As a B2B supplier, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Strict Return Conditions

  • Returns will only be accepted if an item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival and must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Faults must be verified by Wild Optic before a return is authorised.

  • If a return is approved, a replacement or repair will be provided.

  • Refunds will only be issued where our supplier has authorised and processed a corresponding refund or credit to Wild Optic. If the supplier does not provide a refund, we are not obligated to issue one. In all cases, repair or replacement will be the first course of action.

  • Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Incorrect Orders

Before purchasing, carefully review product specifications. If you are unsure whether a product suits your needs, contact us before ordering. Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct product. Wild Optic is not liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer under any circumstances.

Manufacturer Warranty Handling

If a product develops a fault after initial use, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. Wild Optic does not process warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Additional Protection: Chargeback Waiver

By purchasing from Wild Optic, you acknowledge that all sales are final. You agree not to initiate chargebacks in contradiction of these terms. Any such attempt will be treated as a breach of contract and disputed accordingly with this agreement taken as evidence.
