Wild Optic B2B Returns & Refund Policy

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Policy

Wild Optic is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. All sales are made to registered businesses, trade professionals, and organisations. Consumer rights, including the right to return goods within 14 days for a refund (as per UK consumer law), do not apply to B2B transactions.

By purchasing from Wild Optic, you represent and warrant that you are acting in a business capacity and agree to be bound by the return terms set out within this policy.

 


 

2. Returns & Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Goods

We only accept returns if an item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, you must:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery by contacting our team at info@wildoptic.co.uk. Claims made outside this window may not be accepted.

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

  • Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

If the return is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or repair where possible.

  • Refunds are contingent upon and limited to supplier approval. If no refund is provided by our supplier, Wild Optic is under no obligation to issue a refund to the customer.

Refunds will only be issued if our supplier approves a refund as per their policy. If the supplier does not provide a refund, we are not obligated to issue one. In all cases, repair or replacement will be the first course of action.

Important:

  • All faulty item returns are subject to verification by our supplier.

  • If no fault is found, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

  • Where a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, you must pursue any remedy directly with the manufacturer unless we agree otherwise in writing.

 


 

3. No Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases.

  • Incorrect orders placed by customer.

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or are missing original packaging.

Before purchasing, carefully review product specifications. If you are unsure whether a product suits your needs, contact us before ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product is ordered. Wild Optic accepts no liability for customer errors.

 


 

4. How to Request a Return (Faulty Items Only)

To request a return for a faulty item, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@wildoptic.co.uk with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos/videos showing the fault.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide:

    • A Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

    • Return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a:

    • Repair, replacement, or refund (if applicable and only if refunded by our supplier).

Returns must be pre-approved in writing before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

 


 

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • In the event that an item is faulty or damage, and the fault or damage is confirmed as manufacturer-related or present at the time of original delivery we will cover the return shipping costs (or provide a prepaid return label).

  • If a return is unauthorised or does not meet our return criteria, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 


 

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will not be approved and issued unless our supplier approves a refund to us first.

 


 

7. Chargeback Protection & Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from Wild Optic, you:

  • Acknowledge that all sales are final.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that any attempt to reverse charges via chargeback that contradicts these terms will constitute a breach of contract and may be contested using the contractual evidence of your agreement at checkout.
