Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders will be processed within 1 business day of the order being placed. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received after 17:00 will be processed the next business day.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days and delivery is free of charge on all orders over £150.
Orders under £150 will incur a small order shipping fee of £10.
Shipping charges include VAT at the applicable UK rate.
Wild Optic makes every effort to maintain delivery schedules, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Failure to deliver within the estimated timeframe does not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
Wild Optic accepts no liability for any loss or damages, including consequential loss or loss of a bargain, resulting from delivery delays or non-delivery.
Orders may arrive in separate shipments if fulfilled directly by suppliers. In such cases, each shipment shall be treated as a separate fulfilment, and delays in one shipment will not affect the remainder of the order.
We will endeavour to keep you updated on order progress, and where shipping times are longer than expected we will contact you to let you know.
Your order may arrive in separate packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not currently offer international shipping
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not offer refunds where there is no fault with the product, e.g. for change of mind or incorrect orders.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wildoptic.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
